Most recruitment agencies don’t want to stray from the percentage fee model that has been the norm since the early 80s. But it isn’t the most cost effective model for clients.
Our fixed fee offer is simple – we complete a full recruitment assignment for a fixed fee, guaranteed to be more cost effective than our standard terms. Rates can be discussed by contacting Paul Griffiths.

We perform the whole process, from writing the advert to successful appointment, without any stage missed.
Your shortlist
We interview candidates and do everything necessary to deliver the most appropriate shortlist.
Simple payment
An initial retainer per assignment, deducted from the appointment fee on completion.
3 month guarantee
If the candidate leaves within 13 weeks, we re-work the search at no extra charge – and it can be extended.
